Paradox Interactive - Scaling quickly and simultaneously improving quality
Background and Starting Position
Paradox is one of Sweden's most successful and fast growing gaming companies. When our collaboration started, the company was around 180 employees and grew to about 300 during the period. The growth rate was high, demands quickly changed, and the organization was geographically split.

Execution
We worked operatively with recruiting across the whole organization and improved the process while in it. We proposed a new competency-based interview question battery, educated management in competency-based and inclusive recruiting, ran work force planning with branch executives and initiated a trainee program with the CPO.
Results & Impact
Around 100 people were recruited. The organization almost doubled in size, without losing its culture or quality. The amount of women employees increased from 18% to 24%. On average, about one recruitment was completed per week, while the recruitment process developed to focus more on candidate experience and the right hires.
